You have come to the right place to list your property.
It is best to start with a Real Estate Professional.
I will develop for you a Comparative Market Analysis on your home, commercial
property or land that will allow you to make an informed decision
about where you should value your property. I will take into account the
other properties which have
sold in and around your area of similar
type. It is a
process that will
allow you to sell your property in the least amount of
time on
the market and for the greatest value. That is what we want! |

The paperwork we fill out takes only moments. It is also
best when you list your property that you have with you several
documents, for instance, an average of monthly
electric bills, and taxes. These are items that the
buyer will want to know and if we can include them on your data
sheet we will be ahead of the game! When we get together to list
your property please have with you the legal description of the
property (usually the copy of your deed) & also be sure you
have a clear title on your property. We will need all of
this information at one point or another during the process.
If you do a super job preparing your property to be sold, and if I
do a great job selling it, nothing will matter if we can not
provide a clear title. Your attorney can help you with that and expedite the closing if it is handled ahead of
time. It seems like a lot but if these items are taken care
of early on you will have smooth sailing down the road. You
need to think about which items you will leave in the home such as
draperies, stove, oven, (most built-ins) refrigerator, washer and
dryer - these are items we will list on the data sheet as well as
on the disclosure you will complete. The disclosure looks
bad but it is general questions about your home or property you
will answer yes, no, or unsure about. It is not too awful! |
