ABR-Accredited Buyers Representative -
Allows the recipient to represent you as a buyer in a sales
transaction.

Acceptance
Date - Time given on the purchase and sale agreement in which
the offer should be returned by.

Closing - The time appointed by the lender and attorney to
get all the paper work signed, with the
appraisal, and termite letter. When the sale is

Market Analysis - A market survey which takes into account

Sheet - Information sheet we use in our office about your
property; includes square footage, construction, number of

- Information about the listed property the seller completes
